What is your return policy?
Planet Sticker delivers products that are out of this world! It doesn’t happen often, but when a mistake is made we do our best to fix it...and fast! Reach out to our customer service team by calling 913-350-4700 or emailing us at orders@test.bricktoweb.com/petra so we can make things right.
How can you ship so fast?
We’ve invested in 100% digital printing and cutting technology that allows us to remove unnecessary steps from the proof process such as die and plate setups. We’re also strategically located in the center of the US (Kansas) and our advantage is quick coast to coast doorstep delivery. Our customers are often pleasantly surprised to receive their packages within days!

How do I order?
Order using the hishersthetruth.com/petra website. Choose your size, material, and quantity options. Upload your artwork or email us with it later. We'll immediately send you a high quality proof. You'll approve your proof and we'll get to work fulfilling your order. Receive your order within days with our rapid coast to coast shipping. Be delighted and impressed with your stickers or let our friendly support team help.
What’s the difference between a Sticker, a Decal, and a Label?
Stickers and decals are typically supplied individually (though we shrink wrap ours in bundles). Labels are provided on rolls for easy application to products or other items.
In short, want something to slap on a car or a laptop, order stickers. Need something that is easier to apply to a whole bunch of things (like products), order labels.
What is Digital Printing and why is it better?
Our 100% Digital Printing and Cutting process is a cutting edge technology that removes many unnecessary steps to processing your order. It’s higher quality, faster, and creates superior sticker products.
Because we’ve invested in this technology, we’ve eliminated the need for setup fees (saving you money - yay!) Our process is much faster because we don’t waste time with color changes, plate changes, or die changes since everything is produced digitally. We can also produce custom shapes, sizes, and quantities based on your specific needs.
What kind of ink do you use?
We do not cut corners when it comes to the quality of our ink!
Our label press uses water based pigment resin inks. These inks are eco friendly and will last a considerable amount of time. Our amazing label press uses 7 ink colors: cyan, magenta, yellow, black, green, orange and white.
Our sticker and decal press uses eco solvent inks that are much more suitable for outdoor use. These inks won't fade for about 3 years. This press uses 7 colors as well.
Is there a maximum number of stickers I can order?
No. We’re happy to fulfill as many stickers as your heart desires. If you don’t see the quantity option you’re looking for in our ordering system, just shoot us an email at orders@test.bricktoweb.com/petra or Call us at 913-350-4700 and one of our friendly team members will personally assist you.
Can I add stickers to a roll?
Yes. We recommend that customers seeking to apply labels to a product should consider purchasing labels on a roll. This makes the application process much more efficient for your support staff.
If you need individualized stickers for varying sticker placement, then sticker sheets are more helpful.
Are your stickers water production?
Yes! Our stickers come waterproof and weatherproof, able to withstand living outdoors with sun and rain elements. Labels are created for use on products and indoor use.
What if I don’t have my artwork available?
That’s ok. Submit your order and choose “Email us your Artwork later.” If you need help, Call us at 913-350-4700 or orders@test.bricktoweb.com/petra and we can guide you through the process. Otherwise, submit your artwork via email when it becomes available.
Do you print in full color?
Absolutely! We print in full, vibrant color with our UV ink technology. Our stickers jump off the page giving you an end product you’ll be proud to show off!
What if there are issues with my order?

What specifications are required for the Artwork I’m uploading?
Please upload your Artwork in JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, TIF, or TIFF formats. Make sure that the upload is optimized for commercial printing by using a resolution that is equal to or greater than 350 dpi. Also, please ensure your artwork is print-ready and formatted in CMYK colors.
Will I get a proof of my order?
Yes, we provide a free digital proof with every order. Once you receive your proof you can approve it or request changes. Don't worry, your stickers won't print until you are completely satisfied with your artwork!
How do you ship?
We ship all orders via UPS or Fedex.
How long does production take?
Typical orders will ship within 3 business days of proof approval.
Do I need to create a cut line in my artwork?
Not unless you want to. We can create the cut line for you and will do so if you haven't included it. If you have special cut line requirements, please be sure to include that in your artwork notes when submitting your order or just email us after you place your order. Your digital proof will show the cutline, so if you'd like to make adjustments after viewing the proof, just let us know!
